What to do if a person doesn't want to exist anymore?

Question

I dont wan't death. I want to be no more. I yearn to be nothing. I wish I wasn't created. I want to be uncreated. Is it possible for God to uncreate a person?

Kindly write to me and provide me with a more detailed account of the what, why and how you have arrived at this state of mind and desire.
