Dua for depression

Question

Janab mujhe dipression ka marzz sai mene kai dr. Sai ilaj karaya hai but koi faida nahi . pls mere dipression k marz ka roohani ilaj kar dein. Dili or dimaghi sukun nahi mil raha hai mujhe.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Ye dunya darul asbab he. Our sirf dua se kaam nahi chalega balke asal maraz ke illaj ki koshish daruri he jo ke Ambiya our Sahabah (Radiyallahu Anhum) ke zindagiyo se pata chalega.

Aaj depression ki asla wajah ye he ke insaan Allah Taala ke taqdeer ko qubool nahi karna chahta he. Agar koi cheez hasil karna chahta he our kisi waja se nahi karpata he to us ke fikar me para rehta he jiski waja se dipression our gham ki bimari usko hojati he.

Sath me aap ko ye bhi samajna chahye ke ye dunya imtihan gah he. Yaha jo bhi musibat ya takleef ka saamna karna parta he Allah Taala akhirat me us ka bharpur badla ata farmayenge bashart ye ke mubtala bihi sabra se kaamle.

Allah taala Quraan Shareef me farmate he:

Oh Imaan walo Allah Taala se madad talab karo nammazo or sabra ke zarye se. Beshak Allah Taala sabra karne walo ke sath he. (Quraan 2:153)

Aap Rasulullah Salallahu Alayhi Wasallam ki ye dua gham our dipression ke liye kathrat se parhakare:

Allahuma inni authu bika minal hammi wal huzni wal ajzi wal kasali wal bukhli wal jubni wa dhalai dayn wa ghalabati rijal (Bukahari-2893)

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
