How to find out if someone did black magic?

Question

I am planning to get married but i think someones done blackmagic on the boy is there any way i can find out

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If you truly believe someone performed black magic on your prospective husband, we advise you to bring this issue to your senior family members and request them to take the matter to his senior family members.[1]

Thereafter, they make take him to a reliable scholar or Amil for treatment.

أقول: مقتضى الإطلاق ولو تعلم لدفع الضرر عن المسلمين وفي شرح الزعفراني: السحر حق عندنا وجوده وتصوره وأثره. وفي ذخيرة الناظر تعلمه فرض لرد ساحر أهل الحرب، وحرام ليفرق به بين المرأة وزوجها، وجائز ليوفق بينهما. اهـ. ابن عبد الرزاق. قال ط بعد نقله عن بعضهم عن المحيط: وفيه أنه ورد في الحديث النهي عن التولة بوزن عنبة: وهي ما يفعل ليحبب المرأة إلى زوجها. اهـ.
