What is the meaning of the following names: Nauman, Nosheen, and Bina jakak allah khair

Answer

The meaning of Nu'maan is blood. (Misbaahul-lughaat pg.890; Burhaan)

Nosheen means sweet or something tasty. (Ferozul lughaat pg.1386; Lahore)

Bina means a building. (Misbaahul lughaat pg.73; Burhaan)

and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
