Question

Can a person read quraan on their mobile phone?

Can he touch the screen?

Answer

Yes, it is permissible for a person to read the Quraan -e-Majeed on his/her mobile phone.

However, it is necessary for a person to be in the state of Wudhu in order for him to touch the Quraanic verses on mobile phones with touch screens. In other words, the screen should not be touched without Wudhu.
