Question

Is it correct to make multiple intentions when performing Sunnat-e-Muakkadah Salaah? For example, when performing the 2 Rakaats Sunnat-e-Muakkadah of Fajr, Zuhr, Maghrib and Isha, can you also make intention for Salaat-ut-Taubah, Salaat-us-Shukr, Salaat-ul-Haajat etc. at the same time?

Answer

If one combines Nawafil Salaah together with his Sunnat-e-Muakkadah Salaah, then the reward of both Sunnah and Nawafil will be attained Insha’Allah. There is no harm in combining multiple intentions.
