Question
Are the earnings of a person who does cupping, Halaal?
Answer
The income of a person administering cupping is Halaal. It is recorded in a narration of Bukhari and Muslim that Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam did cupping and compensated the cupper. If the income of the cupper was Haraam or Makrooh, then Rasulullah Salallahu Alaihi Wasallam wouldn’t have paid him a fee in lieu of his services.

Where scholars differ, it’s safer to take the more cautious view.
