Question

Is it ok to resell a PlayStation that I bought on sale?

Answer

A PlayStation has numerous features such as a digital video recorder which was integrated with the PlayStation and PlayStation 2; games; having the ability of streaming TV, movies, music, etc. Due to many of these features being impermissible, it will not be permissible to sell the PlayStation that you had purchased, as this is tantamount to assisting in the disobedience of Allah which the Quraan Sharif categorically prohibits.
