Answer

If shoes which cover the metatarsals are worn whilst in Ihraam for a day (12 hours or more), then Damm will be applicable.

ولبس الخفين قبل القطع يوما فعليه دم (غنية الناسك ص254 – شامي 500 ج3)

وان لبسهما بعد القطع اسفل من موضع الشراك فلا شيء عليه (غنية الناسك ص254)

وفي أقل من يوم صدقة، وان لبسهما بعد القطع اسفل من موضع الشراك فلا شيء عليه (مراعاة المفاتيح 336 ج9)
