Question

Recently an article has been circulating stating that certain Bakers biscuits which contain ethanol are Haraam. After some research with the company, they have confirmed that the products do contain ethanol, however certified by NIHT. I am confused if I should consume these biscuits as it contains 0.5 % ethanol. Kindly advise ?

Answer

There are Halaal biscuits available in the market. Hence, you should opt for biscuits that are ethanol free.
