‘If I marry another girl besides her, she is divorced’
Question
If a man is in love with some girl and he makes a commitment in front of his parents that “If I get married to any other girl besides her, she is divorced” then what is the ruling?
Answer
In the queried scenario, Talaaq will be effective if he marries another girl.
