Question

After urinating, washing, making Istibra etc. I notice that a sticky, clear substance comes out, and sometimes a whitish, murky, sticky substance comes out. What is my condition? Do I need to make Ghusl or Wudhu? What could be the cause of this?

Answer

The liquid which you are referring to is known as “Wadi”, which is a thick, whitish liquid that resembles semen in thickness and emerges after urinating. It is free of smell and necessitates Wudhu only. It could emerge due to carrying some heavy items, or due to illness. [Re: Aap ke Masaa’il Aur Unka Hal Vol:2 Pg:70]

What breaks wudhu?

“If one laughs aloud during salaah, his salaah and wudu will break. In the state of hadath it is not permissible to touch the Quraan Majeed. Hence, if one's wudu breaks through laughing aloud in salaah, it will not be permissible…”
