Question
Can a mu’takif teach Quraan or not? If the children learn Quraan from him even out of ie’tikaaf.
Answer
It is permissible to teach children Quraan in ie’tikaaf, however if the children are such that they do not understand the laws of purity, then such children should not be brought into the masjid. (262)
Where scholars differ, it’s safer to take the more cautious view.
