Question

Assalam Alaikum. Is a perineal massage permissible?

Answer

As salām ʿalaikum wa raḥmatullāhī wa barakātuhū

In the Name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

The massage in reference will be permissible and regarded as a form of treatment if it is advised by your medical practitioner and there is no other alternative.

And Allāh Taʿālā knows best.
