Putting on ihraam in Jeddah

Question

Can you put your Ihraam on in Jeddah?

Answer

There are two views among our Ulama regarding this maslah. Caution demands that one puts one's ihraam before Jeddah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
