Question

Can you please tell me in detail what are usool and furoo' in usoolul fiqh?

Answer

Usool refers to the principle laws which govern situations and furoo' refers to the individual situations that fall under the scope of the principle.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
