Wife rubbing the private part of the husband during foreplay

Question

If a wife rubs the private part of the husband, during foreplay or otherwise, is this also considered as masturbation, making it impermissible?

Answer

This is permissible.

في الجوهرة الاستمناء حرام وفيه التعزير ولو مكن امرأته أو أمته من العبث بذكره فأنزل كره ولا شيء عليه

و في رد المحتار : قوله ( كره ) الظاهر أنها كراهة تنزيه لأن ذلك بمنزلة ما لو أنزل بتفخيذ أو تبطين تأمل وقدمنا عن المعراج في باب مفسدات الصوم يجوز أن يستمني بيد زوجته أو خادمته (رد المحتار 4/27)
