Shar'ee daleel ke beghair kisi ku kaafir kehna

Question

Agar koi Muslim kisi dosrey Muslim par bins tasdeeq ke kafir honey ki tuhmat lagaey aesy Muslim Ko Islam Kia kehta he?

Answer

Kisi Shar'ee daleel ke beghair kisi ku kaafir kehna haraam he. Hadith Shareef me aaya ke agar koi kisi ku kaafir kahe owr jis ku kaafir kaha gaya, wo is tuhmat se bari he, tu us kalima ka wabaal bolne wale ke upar lowta he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
