Question
My father met my mother when she had two children from a previous marriage. My mother passed away 35 years ago. My father father bought a house 20 years after my mother passed away. Can his step children inherit?
Answer
Your mothers children from her previous marriage are not the heirs of your father. Hence they will not inherit from your father's estate.
