Is wajahse uski first wife se divorce hua tha (I am second) to mene me uske sat nahi rahungi a is a bolne divorce ho jayega ya usne bolna divorce paper pr sign krna jaruri he mera sirf nikah hua tha relations nahi the.

Answer

Aapko apne maqaami ulama ke paas jaana chaahiye. Woh aapke maslah ko ghour se sunenge aur agar aapki baat saheeh ho to nikaah ko faskh karenge.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
