Ihraam ki haalat me paijaama pehnna

Question

Ayk Islami bhai umra karne gaye. Meekat par gusal kiya ahram pehna aur bus mein bethkar Makkah ki taraf rawana hua. Kuch door jane ke baad us islami bhai to pata chala ki woh payjama utarna bhool gaya hai. Iss par us ko ahsas hua aur us ne usi wakt woh payjama utar diya. Kiya farmate hain Ulema e Kiram is masaley par ke (1) Us islami bhai ko kiya karna hoga? (2) Aur us ka umra hua ki nahi?

Answer

Agar ayk gante se ziyaada pehna to sadaqatul fitr (fitra) ke baraabar paise sadaqah me dede. Agar ayk gante se kam pehna to ayk mutti bar ke gehu ki jitni qimat he, usku sdaqah me dede.
