Question

We are two brothers and three sisters. After my father's death what will be the share of each. Whether the property which was already given to one son when he was alive, will come for distribution.

Answer

If there are no other heirs of the deceased besides his two sons and three daughters, his estate will be divided into 7 equal shares and distributed as follows:

Each son will receive 2 shares

Each daughter will receive 1 share

No, it will not be part of the distribution.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
