Talaaq in the state of haidh

Question

I gave my wife her third talaaq beign forced by her. She is in her periods does it still count. I really want to be with her. I have two kids seven and three years. Please help and advise me, we both want to be in this marriage.

Answer

The talaaq issued in the state of haidh is valid. Since this was the third talaaq you had issued, the nikaah has terminated and you do not have the right to take her back in your nikaah.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
