Question

Kya court marriage jaiz hai? Owr agar larka owr larki baligh hon to nikah ki shrait kya he?

Answer

Court marriage me musalmaan ka gawaah hona aur shaahid hona dharoori nahi hota aur ne mard ki dharoorat hoti he gawaah dene liye, to aysee court marriage ka i`tibaar nahi he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
