Likhi huwi talaaq

Question

Agar husbnd apni wife ko likh karke "as a husband I quit from any kind of relationship with you" jab k zuban se ne kaha ho aur us ki niyyat talaq ki na ho tou kia talaq ho jaey gi?

Answer

Agar talaaq ki niyaat nahi thi, to talaaq nahi hogi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
