Na mahram lowgo ke saat purda ka ihtimaam karna

I saw in dream that I was moving in auto rickshaw with few women, and two girls (in reality I don't know those girls but in dream I know) were moving very fast. I told the younger girl to move slow, she said it's ok. After going a bit far we heard that those two girls have met in an accident! I came home and called my husband he said this incident took place just after the turning of road, and he is where those girls are, that place was near to home so I ran to see, I told the police that those were my sisters (cousins). Police allowed me to go in. I asked my husband where those girls are? What happened? He said one of them is burnt, I asked who among those two? He said don't know they are at hospital. He was crying and I saw that my husband has three eyes. (As normally we have 2 he had 3, just like he had an extra eye between his two eyes.) I consoled him as he was crying. Please let me know the meaning of what do having three eyes mean?
