Tenants cooking pork in the landlord's kitchen

Question

We have two tenants in our attic and they both use the same kitchen as us to cook their pork. What would be the ideal thing for us to do?

Answer

Terminate their tenancy if you cannot give them another place to do their cooking.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
