Keeping dolls

Question

I would like to know if a little girl has a soft doll, what is required so it will be fine to keep it (i.e. the angels of mercy will enter the house):

- Is it fine to just cover the eyes with a strip of cloth?

- Should the whole face be covered with a piece of cloth?

Please Mufti Sahib advise what can be done.

Answer

The whole head should be chopped off.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
