Question
I was in nikaah with a girl. Her father made one condition in nikaah that if you talaaq my daughter or she get's khula, you have to pay 10 lacs. My question is that is this according to Shari'ah or not?
Answer
The shariah does not recognise this type of a condition.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
