Consulting one's parents in regard to nikaah

Question

My question is how can a girl make nikaah himself?

Answer

All marriage related matters should be handled by the parents. In matters concerning marriage etc. one should only take decisions after consulting one's parents and elders. Taking decisions independently in such matters has serious repercussions and consequences in the future.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
