Charging the lessee a fixed rent

Question

I have a flat/shop which I want to give on rent.

a) If I take a heavy refundable deposit and no monthly rent

b) If I take a Heavy refundable deposit and nominal monthly rent

c) If I take 50 % refundable deposit and %50 monthly rent

Is it Halaal and as per Sharia

Answer

In order for the leasing to be valid, it is necessary for the rent to be fixed. Apart from charging the lessee a fixed rent, there is no need to take a deposit from him.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
