Talaaq ke ba'd showhar ke zameen par biwi ka kya haq he?

Question

Mere shauhar ne mujhe talak dedi tu uski koi bhi property par mera kya haq hai aurap e bacho ke liye meraproperty maangna kya haq hai pls mujhe bataye.

Answer

Bilkul koi haq nahi.

Shohar jab zinda he to bachcho mutaalabah karne ka haq nahi hota.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
