Performing tawaaf on the upper level

Question

If a person is healthy and he performs tawaaf on the top level of the mataaf, which is meant for people in wheelchairs, will his tawaaf be valid?

Answer

Yes, his tawaaf will be valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

أما مكان الطواف فمكانه حول البيت لقوله تعالى: وليطوفوا بالبيت العتيق والطواف بالبيت هو الطواف حوله فيجوز الطواف في المسجد الحرام قريبا من البيت أو بعيدا عنه بعد أن يكون في المسجد حتى لو طاف من وراء زمزم قريبا من حائط المسجد أجزأه لوجود الطواف بالبيت لحصوله حول البيت (بدائع الصنائع 2/131)

والرمل بالقرب من البيت أفضل فإن لم يقدر فهو بالبعد من البيت أفضل من الطواف بلا رمل مع القرب منه (فتح القدير ٢/٤٥٥)
