Making wudhu with nail polish

Question

Is wudhu permissible with nail gel on and how can a person know if water reaches to the nail with nail gel on?

Answer

If the nail polish in non-porous, then the wudhu will not be valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

Q: I asked about nail gel but nobody knows what is porous and non-porous. Can you please explain what is it?

A: Porous means that the substance allows water to penetrate it and reach the nail (permeable). Non-porous means that the substance prevents water from reaching the nail (impermeable).

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
