Question

Pakistan court ki khula ke baad ruju hota he?

Answer

Khula' showhar ka haq he. Qaadhi showhar ke qubool karne ke beghair khula' nahi karsakta. Lekin agar showhar ne khula' qubool karliya, to khula' waaqi hogai owr awrat par ayk talaaq-e-baain pargai. Talaaq-e-baain ke ba'd showhar ruju' nahi karsakta. Agar downo dowbara milna chahte, to naya nikaah parhaana zuroori he naye mahr ke saat. Downo ke lia naya nikaah karna us surat me jaaiz he jaha showhar ne khula se pehle koi talaaq nahi di ya ayk talaaq di. Lekin agar khula' se pehle showhar ne do talaaq di, to choonke ye khula' teesri talaaq hogai, to khula' ke ba'd downo ke lia nikaah karna jaaiz nahi hoga.
