Can women get their nose pierced?

Answer

Yes, it is permissible.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

ولا بأس بثقب أذن البنت والطفل استحسانا ملتقط قلت وهل يجوز الخزام في الأنف لم أره

قال الشامي في رد المحتار : قوله ( لم أره ) قلت إن كان مما يتزين النساء به كما هو في بعض البلاد هو فيها كثقب القرط (رد المحتار 6/ 420)
