Talaaq ke ba'd ruju' karna

Question

Mera question hai ke mene apni biwi ko ayk baar talaq di hai. Kya hamara rishta or nikaah khatam ho gaya hai? Qu ke mene suna hai ke agr teen maah ke andr ghalti ka ehsas ho jay or sath rehna chahyen, yo reh skty hain talaq nai hoti. Kya aap answer bata sakty hain?

Answer

Agar aap ne sirf ayk talaaq dedi, to aap us ku apne nikaah me waapas le sakte he jab tak iddat khatam ne hojae. Owr agar iddat khatam hojae owr tum downo dowbara milna chate, to zuroori he ke naya nikaah parhaya jae naye mahr ke saat.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
