Question

Meri shaadi ku ayk saal ho gaya he owr mera koi baby nahi hai. Naani ne bataya tha meri wife ko Rabbe habli minassaliheen padhne ko par meri wife ke periods bhi irregular hai. Please aulad hone ke liye koi dua bataye jisse faeda ho.

Answer

Namaaz ke ba'd ye dua parhe.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
