Question

Is yoga excercise allowed In Islam if its only for exercise purpose?

Answer

Our findings on this subject is that at some point, these arts have some form of religious connotations though they may be very subtle and discreet, not perceived by the common person. Hence, Muslims should not practise these types of arts. For further details refer to http://muftionline.co.za/node/5334

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
