Haidh ki haalat me talaaq dena

Question

Mera ayk sawaal hai, kia mahwari ke doran aurat ku mard talaaq dey sakta hai?

Answer

Haidh ki haalat me talaaq dena jaaiz nahi he. Lekin agar showhar haidh ki haalat me talaaq dedi, to talaaq waaqi hogi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
