Dua for someone moving into a new house

Question

My niece and her husband and young baby six week old will be moving into their own house soon. What rites /Duah’s can one do to ask/ beseech Allah to grant them Nur, Peace, Tranquility, Baraqat and Ragmat and Rizq as they still have to pay off the new home Insha’Allah?

Answer

Make duaa for them that Allah Ta'ala make their new home a source of happiness and comfort for them, and Allah Ta'ala bless them with the ability of carrying out such actions that will earn his pleasure and not his wrath. To secure the barakah of the home, you should advise them to be punctual on their salaah, do kitaab reading of Fadhaaile A'maal and Fadhaaile Sadaqaat every day and recite durood sharief in abundance.

And Allah Ta'ala knows best.
