Azaad ke lafz se talaaq

Question

Mere shoher ne kaha msg py maine tumhen azad kia or tum isi qabil ho or phr bad mein kaha main tu waisy he bola tha es mei kya ha pr us wqt wo gussy mein thy.

Answer

Agar aapke yahaa urf ye he ke in alfaaz se aammatan talaaq hoti he to talaaq-e-rajee ho jayegi. Owr agar aapke yahaa urf nahi he, to showhar ki niyyat par mawqoof he. Agar in alfaaz ke bowlne ke waqt us ki niyyat talaaq thi, to talaaq-e-baain hojaegi warna talaaq nahi hogi.
