What should be done with the skin of the Qurbaani animal?
Answer
One can use the skin of the Qurbaani animal for one’s personal needs. Similarly, gifting it or giving it in charity to the poor is permissible.

(ويتصدق بجلدها) لأنه جزء منها (أو يعمل منه آلة تستعمل في البيت)كالنطع والجراب والغربال ونحوها لأن الانتفاع به غير محرم (الهداية 4/360)
قال (ويتصدق بجلدها أو يعمل منه نحو غربال أو جراب) لأنه جزء منها وكان له التصدق والانتفاع به ألا ترى أن له أن يأكل لحمها ولا بأس بأن يشتري به ما ينتفع بعينه مع بقائه استحسانا (البحر الرائق 8/203)
واللحم بمنزلة الجلد (مجمع الانهر 4/174)
و يستحب أن يأكل من أضحيته و يطعم منها غيره والأفضل أن يتصدق بالثلث و يتخذ الثلث ضيافة لأقاربه و أصدقائه ويدخر الثلث ويطعم الغني والفقير جميعا (الفتاوى الهندية 5/300)
(ويأكل من لحم الأضحية ويؤكل غنيا ويدخر وندب أن لا ينقص التصدق عن الثلث )… ويتصدق بجلدها أو يعمل نحو غربال وجراب وقربة وسفرة ودلو (الدر المختار 6/327)
