Leaving out Sunnat Salaah

Question

Which sunnat salaah if left out will it be sinful?

Answer

All sunnat mu’akkadah salaah.

( وسن ) مؤكدا ( أربع قبل الظهر و ) أربع قبل ( الجمعة و ) أربع ( بعدها بتسليمة ) فلو بتسليمتين ... ( وركعتان قبل الصبح وبعد الظهر والمغرب والعشاء )

قال الشامي في رد المحتار : مطلب في السنن والنوافل قوله ( وسن مؤكدا ) أي استنانا مؤكدا بمعنى أنه طلب طلبا مؤكدا زيادة على بقية النوافل ولهذا كانت السنة المؤكدة قريبة من الواجب في لحوق الإثم كما في البحر ويستوجب تاركها التضليل واللوم كما في التحرير أي على سبيل الإصرار بلا عذر (رد المحتار 2/ 12)
