Haamila ku teen talaaq dena

Question

Mera sawaal ye he ke ager koi shohar apne biwi ku teen talaqain zaban se ya court ke zariye se deta he jab ke bevi hamila thi to kia tallaq waqia hogi ya naheen? Quran owr sunnat ki roshni me jawab inayat farmain.

Answer

Agar showhar apni biwi ku teen talaaq de de jab ke biwi haamila ho, to teen talaaq waaqi hogi.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
