Rukhsati se pehle talaaq

Question

Agar kisi larki ka nikah hogya ho, aur rukshati nahi hui ho or dono ke darmiyan talaaq qaaim na hua ho aur larke ne phone call par teen baar talaaq dedi ho balke teen baar do dafa total six dafa boldia ho. To os larki ki talaaq hojaegi? Aur iski iddat hogi ya nahi?

Answer

Jee haa. Pehli dafa talaaq dene se larki uske nikaah se bilkul nikal jaati he.

Uske liye koi iddat nahi he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
