Question

Mera kehna yeh hai ki mere dost ne do saal pahle apni biwi ko teen talaaq ek sath di thi phir ek. Mufti sb ne kaha ki teen talaaq ayk hui tum ruju kar lo. Usne ruju kar liya ab usse pata chala ki yeh galat tha woh dono bachchon ki khatir ek hona chahte hai usne apni biwi se kaha ki tum mere dost se nikah kar lo aur woh tumhe humbistari k baad talaaq de dega phir apne dost se kaha ki tum meri saali se halala nikah kar lo aur usse halala ka masla bataya raste mein waha par nhi jaha par nikah hona tha uska dost raazi ho gaya phir halala nikah hua aur nikah k 1 ghante baad usne talaaq de di humbistari k baad talaaq dene ka andaz yeh tha ki usne 2 talaaq di aur lamha bhar k baad biwi ne kaha ki ek aur de do usne ek talaaq aur de di Mere sawal hai ki:- 1 kya aurat ko halala nikah se pahle iddat poori karni thi jabki talaaq 2 saal pahle hui thi 2 kya jis tarah se halala nikah hua aur jis andaz mein talaaq di gayi to kya halala nikah ki sharait poori ho gayi?

Answer

1. Nahi. Do saal pehle, jab usku teen talaaq dedi gai, us ki iddat shuroo huwi.

2. Jee ha. Lekin ab awrat ku iddat me bhetna hoga. Jab uski iddat khatam hojae, pehle khaawind ke lia halaal hogi.
