Biwi ku "tum aazad ho" kehne se talaaq

Question

Agar hum ne apni wife se gusse me ye bola ki aaj se tm aazad ho hamara tmhara koi rishta nhi hai tm ko jo krna hai kro tm ko dusri shaadi krni hai to kro hum kuch nhi bolenge meri taraf se free ho lekin meri neeyat talaq ki nhi thi mujhe pta hai ki wo aisa kuch bhi nhi kregi. To kya humara nikah tut gya ya nhi?

Answer

Ye to ghalat baat he ke niyyat nahi thee, jab kaha "tm aazad ho hamara tmhara koi rishta nhi hai . . . tm ko dusri shaadi krni hai to kro" to ye talaaq ke baraabar he.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
