Iddat ke dowraan nikaah karna

Question

Mera sawal air masla ye hai, ak Admi ne ak female se nikah Kiya hai, wo female ka iddat ka time Pura nai hua tha to asy me Kia unka nikah theak hua ha? Agar theak nai hua to ab Kiya karna chahye? Mehrbani farma kar jaldi rehmunai karyn.

Answer

Nikaah nahi huwa. Jab iddat puri hojae, to phir dowbara nikaah parha liya jae.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
