Dil me gabrahat aur bure khiyaalaat ke lia wazifa

Question

Ye sawaal mere ammi ki taraf se hai. Unko hamesha dil me ghabrahat aur bure khayalaat aarahe hai. Aisa kyun horaha hai aur uska ilaaj kya hai?

Answer

Iski taraf iltifaat ne kare. Fazaa'il-e-Sadaqaat ki ta`leem kare rozana subuh aur shaam aadha gantah keliye aur kuch der keliye Qur'aan Shareef ki tilaawat kare rozana.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
